​We are the first World Turkish Cuisine and Chefs Academy on the earth. Our Chancellor Tolgahan Gulyiyen is an American Turkish chef who has been working in industry since very young age like his father. 

​

Zeki Gulyiyen was a celebrity chef who known as Master of the chefs in Turkey. Chef Zeki Gulyiyen was founder of ZG Restaurants and he has served as private chef for 22nd Turkish Prime Minister Tansu Ciller. Former Prime Minister Tansu Ciller was the first woman elected Prime Minister of Turkey.

Chef Tolgahan Gulyiyen moved to United States after he lost his chef and father tragically.

​

He has worked for Cırağan Palace Hotel Kempinski İstanbul, Caprice Palace Thermal Hotel in Aydin-Turkey. He came to United States for first time in 2008 and worked as trannie for Marriott Hotels in Florida-Miami while he was still studying at University. He finished Gastronomy and Culinary arts as top student and took the first place in all sections of Aydin Adnan Menderes University.

He was sent to Greece to work for Magic Life Hotels by University after his succes. He has attended international competitons  and took prizes behalf of tourism and hotel high school and University while he was student.

After he came back from Greece, he started to work as chef for North Shield restaurant in Ankara. He got job offer from Northern Cyprus and he went there for couple months. This was the time when he got his another job offer from Hilton Hotels in United States. He came back to Turkey after apoligized from Cyprus company.

After Marriott Hotels in 2008, he has worked for Hilton Hotels in 2010 in the United States.

He also worked for many restaurants as chef and consept consultant over 15 years. He has desinged restaurants and menus over 10 years in the United States. 

 

Chancellor Tolgahan Gulyiyen has worked for Jose Andres's thinkfoodgroup at Zaytinya over 3 years. He also attanded to work in Minibar to explore avangart cuisine with his own request.

He has worked as chef for 41 years old Kazan Restaurant that is oldest restaurant in D.C. area. Mr. Tolgahan Gulyiyen worked as chef for many Greek restaurants inculuding Nostos Restaurant as well. 

​

Chef Tolgahan Gulyiyen has cooked for former first lady Michael Obama and for U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. He has cooked for many Turkish-American politicans as well.

 

Chancellor Tolgahan Gulyiyen contunies his career in Washington D.C. as chef and as academist of Turkish cuisine.
